About this house rental
Villa with a fantastic design on top of a hill with a beautiful sea view just 5 minutes from the bay of Sa Riera. It has a small pool on the terrace. For its elevated position it enjoys spectacular views.
Stepped path to the house.
This is a unique villa designed specially to take advantage of its magnificent position high on the side of a beautiful wooded valley and overlooking the sea. It has two spacious terraces and a courtyard to enjoy outside living and is just 5 minutes from the sandy beach at Sa Riera. (There is no garden.)
It is important to note that its position means that the villa can only be accessed from the road by 40 steep steps and that there are further steps between many areas inside the house, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility or young children. Cars can be parked safely on the quiet road below the house.
On the ground floor the living areas have a light and airy feel and lovely views. In particular, the dining room is a special feature of this house with double aspect windows onto both the secluded courtyard at the back and the enormous furnished front terrace with pool and extensive sea views.
In addition there is a comfortable living room divided into two parts by steps, thus giving two distinct areas to enjoy, and there is access to the back courtyard. The fourth bedroom is found on the mezzanine level above the living room and has a single bed with room for an extra folding bed if required.
There are two bedrooms on this floor with the second bedroom accessed through the first. They share a bathroom and toilet. A/C in the bedrooms.
Also on the ground floor is the modern, well-equipped kitchen. In the tower on the first floor, there is a further bedroom suite with its own large, private terrace with spectacular views over the valley and the sea. This room is accessed only via an exterior staircase.
WiFi, a washing machine, beach towels, and a dedicated workspace are provided. A high chair, baby crib, and one pet are welcome for an additional fee. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
