Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool secured (8 x 4 m, depth 60 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 09.Oct.) with internal staircase. Very steep motor access. Stepped path (54 steps) to the house. Single garage at the house. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 5 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km, Castell de Begur 3 km, Pals Mediaval 8 km, Hipica Begur 3.9 km, Parc Aventura Costa Brava Platja Pals 5 km, Aiguamolls de L'Emporda 22 km. Die ganze Anlage Haus Hektor inkl. Sanitär und Küche hat eine Generalsanierung nötig. Ich schätze das Alter der Liegenschaft auf ca. 50 Jahre. Wir waren trotzdem mit dem Ort und der Umgebung zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Empfehlung an Bekannte mit dieser Einschätzung.

Huis is ruim ingericht voor max. 6 personen maar wel enigszins gedateerd. Verder veel trappen lopen dus niets voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Ligt ca. 500 meter van het strand. Toen wij er in september waren was de supermarkt helaas al dicht. Verder geen winkels meer open, wel restaurants. Tenslotte momenteel veel lawaai van een gigantisch bouwproject in Sa Riera, dat drukte de vakantiepret toch wel wat.

Perfecte locatie met de basisvoorzieningen en een fijn zwembad. Ruim opgezet. Binnen 5 minuten lopen bij 1 van de mooiste stranden van de Costa Brava. Mooie natuur, leuke restaurantjes. Helaas geen airconditioning of ventilatoren aanwezig.

älteres Inventar, v.a. Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer zu erneuern bzw. auszutauschen, v.a. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster.Küche: Gesamtausstattung abgenutzt; Haus: einmalig schöne Lage. Angenehm: Pool, große Garage.Unangenehm: Viele Treppen (56 Stufen zur Straße) Reisetipps: Fast alle Gemeinden der Region sehenswert, viele dank EU–Finanzierung hübsch restauriert;
