This beautiful duplex apartment, located in the bay of Sa Riera / Begur known as 'the pearl of the Costa Brava', stands out through its contemporaneous decoration combined with design elements. Recently renovated with the best finishes, it opens its doors for the summer season. The Mediterranean Sea is only 200 meters away and can be accessed via a staircase from the house. The duplex consists of a bright living room and dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped, as well as a direct access to the furnished terrace with sea views. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is a relaxation area, equipped with a sofa bed, a second TV and from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings. Another staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two double bedrooms, equipped with 2 single beds each, as well as two full bathrooms and ready to release. A private parking lot in front of the house is included in the rental price.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
In 2020, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).

Parties and loud noises are not allowed.
Please respect the surroundings and the rest of the neighbors.
Loss, damage, or improper use of keys will incur an extra fee. Please check the rules.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.
According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13th, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations, a tourist tax must be applied to guests over 16 years old staying in apartments and holiday homes in Catalonia. Very tastefully designed apartment within minutes walk to the beach with a stunning infinity pool looking out over Sa Riera cove. Communication and availability of Lluis was exceptional He provided great local recommendations and we really appreciated the delight of him offering a late checkout and attention paid to accommodate our familiy’s needs. Thank you for a lovely long weekend. We hope to return soon!
