About this cottage rental
The house was built in 1880 and renovated for the last time in 2013.It has 2 stories. Downstairs: dining room, open plan kitchen, independent living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (2 of them have 2 105x190 beds, and in the third one a 135 cm bed), bathroom and terrace.
The house is powered with solar energy. The water comes from a private drinking water well. Rain water is also collected in a barrel to drink.
Next to the house you will find a pool with terrace and a barbecue.

Placed in an almond grove, is this authentic traditionel farmhouse with many historic features . Lots of space inside and outside. Close to all the vinyards.

Nous avons apprécié le lieu au milieu des amandiers, au calme, très bel extérieur. Maison un peu vieillotte en terme de déco mais bien agencée pour 6 c est parfait. Margarita a toujours été disponible avant et pendant le séjour.
Nous avons regretté 2 choses : un gros manque de vaisselle : couverts et verres en nombre limité, pas de saladier, vaisselle en terre pas étanche. A savoir : la climatisation fonctionne par tranche de 2h et pendant des périodes bien précises ce qui n est pas toujours pratique. Pour récapituler, lieu super et accueil très sympathique et quelques améliorations à faire sur les équipements.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at La casa de todos, perfectly positioned in the middle of the almond grove with great views of the Serra de Tramuntana which frame the horizon for some amazing sun sets !Days out exploring the Island ending up back at the cottage to cool down in pool , fantastic !.It was a rather last minute decision to go away, my son trawled the booking sites, and after several disappointments found this gem.Margarita and her family made us feel so welcome and were so kind and helpful with anything we needed.We will definitely go back in the future, so many places to see and experience in beautiful Mallorca.
