In the heart of Mallorca, just a few minutes from Costitx, you will find the beautiful estate of "Finca Can Maria Costitx", along with its neighbor "Can Maria", which can be rented together or independently. The two residential units and their gardens and pools are separated and exclusively for the respective tenant.
The exquisite garden of the estate features artificial grass around a 7m x 3m pool, creating a completely private and sunny environment. Equipped with 6 loungers and two umbrellas, the pool with depths from 0.95m to 1.75m is the ideal place to cool off. The pool and grass area is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, making it a safe place for children. In this area you will find a wooden table for 8 people, a barbecue and a bench under an umbrella, creating a rustic and charming space to enjoy meals in the sun and refreshing pool baths.
Inside the house, which consists of a ground floor and first floor, there is an authentic Mallorcan atmosphere with its rustic decor, stone walls, beams, and fireplace. The living room has a sofa, dining table for 4 people, and satellite TV. Near the fireplace, there is a bench on the wall and a lamp, perfect for quiet readings by the fire. The kitchen, integrated into the living room with a bar, is fully equipped with everything necessary.
On the ground floor, you will find a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor, you will discover 3 more rooms with single beds, one of them with the beds together, creating a King Size bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning and windows that allow perfect luminosity. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

Surrounded by charming Mallorcan villages, it offers fascinating tourist routes. Juan and Miguel are wonderful hosts and were very helpful and so kind. They make your stay even more special. The villa is clean and so comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the whole house and garden areas were really pretty. The location is quite remote but this is what we were looking for as the peace and tranquility was welcomed. There was plenty do and see nearby as we had hired a car for this expectation. We have older children but it would also be perfect for a young family as the pool and garden areas would be very safe with a small gated area around the pool. The villa had all we needed and was well equipped. We visited Palma old town and Alcudia old town which were approx 30 mins drive away so easily accessible and then it was lovely to return to the peaceful villa in the evenings. Thankyou to the hosts who have made this a beautiful place to stay and for their responsiveness and kindness.

The house was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We liked the area and if you have a rented car you can go anywhere you want. The host was really nice and he took care to have every we needed. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a nice holiday in Palma de Mallorca.
