Villa Buena Vista is a modern and extremely spacious property.
It benefits from a huge openplan living/ dining area with valted ceiling, wood burning fire .The amazing Italian design kitchen with black granite worktops is both modern and fully equipped including 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus a large central island with bar stools making it a perfect spot to plan your day over breakfast and a separate utility room with iron, ironing board plus washing machine.

In the living room there is wood burning fire. Extras provided include: hairdryer, BBQ. Baby high chair.
Beautiful stone effect dining table with 8 chairs ( additional seating for larger groups). large glass sliding doors leading onto the patio area with a covered shaded sitting area with comfortable sitting , outdoor dinning area with 8 dinning chairs plus on the large sunterrace there are numerous sunbeds overlooking the private tropical garden.

Master bedroom 1: Sleep in style in this elegent beautiful room with double bed, walk in wardrobe and huge dressing table/ work space. It has direct outside access and views of the garden and sea
Master Bedroom 2 : Is a light and airy room with double bed private sitting/ work space .It has direct access to the sunterrace and views of mountain, garden and sea.
Bedroom 3: This spacious room come with a double bed and benifts from its own work space plus stunning sunrise views over the mountains.
Bedroom 4 : with 2 single beds this room has garden views and direct access to outdoor sitting and dinning area.
A cot is available if requested.
An additional child's bed or cot are available , please enquire.

Master Bathroom 1: An extra large en-suite with hugh walk-in shower, WC plus large sitting and dressing area with free standing mirror
Master Bedroom 2: large modern en-suite bathroom containing bath/shower and WC .

Bathroom 4: Conveniently situated adjacent to pool and sunterrace has a sink, WC plus alfresco shower.
Villa Buena Vista has the unique feature of an indoor heated pool ( the pool temperature is generally maintained at around 24 degrees however additional heating up to 28 degrees can be provided at an additional cost, please ask for extra details) . Surrounded by lockable sliding doors giving an indoor/outdoor feel so you can enjoy a dip what ever the weather! The pool overlooks the sun terrace and tropical planted garden. For those with small children, for safety reasons, it is possible to completely shut off access to the pool area
Fantastic views of El Cotillo and the surrounding mountains, giving the perfect opportunity to watch Fuerteventura's breathtakingly sun rise and sunsets plus due to the island being a biosphere and starlight reserve you can experience incredible stargazing. Just a few minutes drive away you will also find the world famous surf beach plus El Cotillo's stunning natural lagoons.

What a beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Just the 2 of us but obviously loads of room for 8 people. Exceptionally well equipped, we didn’t need anything. Pool is fabulous, outside space is lovely sitting out on comfy sofas in the evening, eating inside and out is easy as plenty of dining space to suit your mood. We will definitely come again and thinking of bringing the family.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming house for our vacation, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. The house was spotless! It’s evident that the hosts take great care in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. Our host was Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, they made us feel welcome.
In summary, this vacation home exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay memorable!

My wife and I had the most fabulous peaceful getaway together in this beautiful well equipped villa.
The location was secluded and quiet, and everything so clean and to a very high standard, just what we were looking for as an escape from our everyday busy lives.
The villa was spacious and set in its own walled gardens and was just perfect, having everything we could have wanted on hand. Also the indoor pool was such a bonus as we were able to open up all the doors on a hot sunny day (plenty of those) but perfect for when there was a Fuerteventura breeze blowing some afternoons.
The villa is ideally situated in the sleepy village of El Roque and only a stones throw away from the costal town and beaches of El Cotillo, which has a nice feel to it and a good selection of shops bars and restaurants, ideal for all our needs. Also it is only a short car journey to the larger town of Corralejo and the sand dunes and beaches of the East coast.
If you are looking for that perfect peaceful getaway, then this is the place for you.
Also Stewart and Tanya who own and rent out this villa and live not too far away, are the most welcoming and helpful of people you could wish to meet and nothing is too much trouble should you need them.
We will be looking to return again very soon.

Nice quiet location and big villa, unfortunately we relied on old reviews as there was nothing more recent. I can see how the villa a couple of years ago was excellent but now it’s a bit tired. Blinds in the lounge are yellowed and broken so you cannot close at night, mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the front door had to be locked to stay closed, the door to the master en-suite did not close. Dishwasher dispenser didn’t work and you had to light some hob rings with a match as the igniter didn’t work. Wi-Fi is available but you have to pay extra for it at an expensive rate.
The worst part for us was being told the day before arrival that the pool heating had broken. The indoor pool was the main reason we had booked the villa to enjoy time with the kids in there. It had broken on the Monday and we were told on the Wednesday. As it was over Easter we were told it couldn’t be fixed. On arrival some of us tried to use the pool but it was just too cold as with no heating and the sun not shining on it to heat, the temp had dropped. It hovered around 21 degrees. We asked to leave the morning after arrival due to this but were told by the owner we were unable to cancel and would have to forfeit the amount paid less 200 euro.
We ended up staying as couldn’t afford to pay for our holiday twice and made the most of our time there by driving to the beach instead. The pool warmed a bit with the weather but didn’t get above 23 degrees all week despite the fact we keep all the doors closed as advised so was still too cold for most of the party. We definitely left disappointed at the amount we had paid for the facilities advertised not to be available.
