About this villa rental
Villa De Cubas is a modern, European designed luxury villa. Constructed with stunning coastal views and is located on the outskirts of Villaverde. It is no more than a 10-15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. The villa includes a very spacious open plan lounge, equipped with 65" smart TV, Satellite, BluRay DVD, Wifi internet. It has a fantastic fully equipped contemporary kitchen/diner which seats 12 and 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Master bedroom wing has it own dressing room/bathroom/TV/DVD. Villa de Cubas has a fantastic overall living space that measures 380sq.m. The gardens boasts a large 66m2 (11m x 6m)swimming pool that includes a shallow end for children which is solar heated with electric back up for winter months. Very good communication. Facilities exactly as described. Local manager very helpful. Property clean and well presented. Location instructions were out of date as they mentioned turning immediately after a restaurant (*which is no longer there). Having comfortable seating outside on the patio would make what is a great villa into a truly excellent one. We had a really good holiday. Thank you

It certainly had the wow factor. Lots of space and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning and no fans. We did end up buying fans. Other than that perfect place to stay.

fantastic family holiday well spent.we all had an amazing two weeks at this gorgeous villa! car hire is a must due to location but close enough driving distancecommunication with melissa throughout was a huge help!highly recommend for a family or group stay!!

What can I say but this is probably one of the best Villas that my family have stayed in on the Island.It is an amazing villa, lovely and quiet, clean and modern and most importantly safe. It has a fabulous large pool that stayed warm during the day and night. The outside area is beautiful with all the diffeent plants and flowers, and with sun beaming around the area all day who could ask for more. With the large windows you can enjoy all the views overlooking Corralejo (From the Kitchen) The bedrooms are set out like a 5 star hotel and were cool at night. The location of the villa was good, with a short 30 minute drive from the airport and only about ten minutes drive to either Corralejo or El Cottillo. We visited the local bakery by the school in Villaverde on most days where you can sit down and have a coffee whilst waiting for the bread to be baked, especially on Sundays when most of the local shops are closed. We shopped at the local shops in Villaverde but on many occasions went to Hipperdino in Lajares.In the evenings we either had a BBQ (charcoal) or went in Corralejo / El Cotillo where you will find some amazing restaurants especially The Mirador in El Cottillo which overlooks the bay.El Horno is a must if you fancy a more localised restaurant which is only 5 minutes by car in Villaverde.From all the family we would like to thank all the cleaners and Pool Guy for keeping everything clean during our stay.We had an amazing 2 weeks holiday and we would definitely recommend it to anyone and look forward to booking it again
