Trullo Falco is an exclusive villa with pool in the Valle D’Itria area of Puglia, nestled between the Apulian countryside near Locorotondo and the crystal-clear Adriatic coast, It is just 15 minutes from the beaches and within 10-15 minutes from the most beautiful hilltop towns this area has to offer. With its elevated position offering spectacular south facing views of the Puglian landscape and memorable sunsets visible from the outdoor terraces and poolside, the atmosphere is calm, intimate, and deeply connected to nature.
A contemporary retreat in the heart of the Valle D’Itria, Trullo Falco offers spaces that combine modern design and comfort, carefully curated to ensure intimacy and well-being at every moment of the day. Here, modern design meets Puglian authenticity, blending indoor and outdoor spaces into a harmonious, sensory experience.
Inside, timeless simplicity prevails: whitewashed walls, natural materials, and soft, earthy tones create a serene ambiance. Authentic details like vaulted ceilings and original "Chianche" stone floors provide rustic elegance, perfectly balanced with modern comfort. The generously sized open-plan living and dining area with feature stone working fireplace and comfortable linen sofas all flowing seamlessly out to the terrace outside. Large windows bring the outdoors in, allowing natural light and panoramic views to flood the space throughout the day. In the 3 bedrooms, linen, aged wood, and limestone evoke a sense of understated luxury. The 3 bathrooms, feature cement sinks, microcement walls, and natural stone details in perfect Mediterranean style. Everything is simple – yet nothing is missing.
Outside, the setting is the real showstopper with 180-degree elevated views over the Puglian landscape and olive grove below, the atmosphere is calm, intimate, and deeply connected to nature. We stayed here in September 2024 as a group of 4 adults plus our baby son.
Trullo Falco was an exceptional place to stay. Everything in the property has been designed to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment (such as fully stocked kitchen, numerous outside seating areas, three ensuite bathrooms).
Jon and Laura were fantastic hosts who were always responsive whenever we had questions or requests.
We would thoroughly recommend staying at Trullo Falco and are already talking about when we can go back!

The four of us stayed at Trullo from June 15th to 22nd, 2024. The house was indeed very nice, even better than the pictures on VRBO. Upon arrival, everything was spotless and fully functional. The house has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and is truly stunning. The hosts were very nice and helpful, offering suggestions on things to do in the region and recommending beaches to visit. There is also a guide to the charming villages around the house, which we visited during our stay.
The weather was hot, so we made good use of the patio and the swimming pool. Although the pool is not heated, it was warm due to the high temperatures of 36 to 38°C and sunny skies.

The house, patios and pool were ideal for our friend group to spend a week catching up, exploring towns, visiting the seaside, and soaking up the culture and sun. The large space meant that we weren't on top of each other and could relax and then enjoy meals, cocktails and the pool together. The house is within an hour drive to so many of the places we had on our list and the kind hosts added a helpful list of special local restaurants and places to visit! The home cooked meal available on our first night fed us for days! Delightful!
