About this villa rental

Located in a strategic position, halfway between Alberobello and Locorotondo and surrounded by olive trees, the trullo Don Mino ensures absolute privacy to its guests.
The trulli are furnished in a classic and refined style with fine furniture and are equipped with all modern comforts to make your holiday absolutely relaxing and comfortable.
The property has 4 double bedrooms with pool and garden views, 4 bathrooms (one with tub, two with shower and a service bathroom), 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge + 1 outdoor kitchen with barbecue and top kitchen, living room with seating area and dining area.
The large swimming pool (12x5m) equipped with gazebo and deck chairs, is for the exclusive use of our guests.
For children in the garden there is a playground on the lawn with a swing.
We offer our customers unlimited WIFI throughout the villa, in the garden and by the pool, flat screen TV with free Netflix, Disney + and AmazonPrimeVideo.
Private parking.
Daily cleaning and chemical control of the pool.
Sheets, towels and pool towels, included, are provided upon guests arrival and are changed weekly.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m. / Check-out by10:00 a.m.
On arrival you are required to pay the municipal tourist tax (1.5€ per person per night) and the security deposit of 500€, which is returned on departure provided the house and swimming pool are tidy and undamaged.
Electric car charging cost: 0.50€ Kwh (calculated on departure based on actual consumption).
The rent will be based on the number of people communicated at the time of booking.

This property was perfect for the 3 couples comprising our group. We each had a lovely bedroom with adjacent full baths on the ground floor.
The 4th bedroom with half bath upstsirs was also great to have. The decor is elegant and there are comfortable gathering spaces inside and out. The kitchen is best for 1 or 2 people at a time. But there is an additional grilling and second stove top in the separate laundry building. The entire house is immaculately maintained and the landscaping is gorgeously. Minos our host lives 3 minutes away and was there each morning to keep the beautiful pool pristine. He was very prompt and helpful with all communications. I would give this property my highest recommendation.

The villa is stunning & beautifully restored & furnished, the great swim pool and the outdoor are lovely.
The location is great - secluded, but very close to Locorotondo and Alberobello and so much to visit nearby.
Anna and Minos are very responsive and friendly hosts.
Thanks again for everything - it was a perfect holiday!

Beautiful Villa with a stunning interior, set in well manicured grounds in a great rural location.
The Villa was vey clean and had great facilities. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious.
The pool was the main attraction, fantastic size and well managed.
We loved the exterior kitchen and bbq area.
Plenty of seating for 8 guests in various locations within the complex.
The owner was very helpful and friendly!!
