The host is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The BnB is exactly as described. Everything is very clean and the facilities are of good quality. Everything you need is provided. The location is easy to access and very quiet at night. The room is like a hotel room. Breakfast is included (coffee, cakes, fruit, milk, etc.). The common area is spacious. The decor is pleasant.

Great value for money. The apartment is 15-20 minutes by walk to city center, near the bus stop. In near surrounding there is 24/7 grocery store and some restaurants and bars. The breakfast is included. There are 2 shared bathrooms for 5 rooms what is better than 1. You can pay city tax by card, there is self checkin, so you can arrive anytime you need.
There are 5 rooms and only 3 tables in kitchen so it can be small during full occupancy. The kitchen is poor equipped - there is only microwave, water boiler, fridge and coffee machine, so you cannot cook there even simple dish such as pasta.

For us, the location could not have been better. It is a short walk to the beautiful Via della Libertà and to the magnificent Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, and a much shorter walk to the Palermo 1st Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where we worshipped. The staff was warm and wonderful, the breakfast was abundant, and the decor was delightful. The price was exceptional.
The bed was very hard. A softer bed would make the entire stay exceptional. Be forewarned that the bathroom is not private, but there were two bathrooms so it was OK. Just bring pajamas!
