Hanoi L'Heritage Diamond Hotel & Spa

Simply beautiful hotel with the kindest and most attentive staff. Wish we could have stayed for longer. We will certainly share our wonderful experience with friends and family and encourage them to visit.

We have spent 2 nights here, and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was lovely with a large, very comfortable bed. Breakfast choices are great and food options well prepared. There are several great places to eat nearby. All of the staff here have been amazing and can't do enough for you. They are very welcoming, and were terrific at organising things like transport and day trips for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really beautiful hotel very central in the old quarter . Rooms are very elegant and well appointed and the staff are endlessly welcoming, accommodating and available to assist in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. We loved our stay and would return. Special mention to James or their outstanding service.

One of the most wonderful experiences traveling internationally. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating. James was so kind and welcoming and arranged the most wonderful trip for us! I took a late flight out of Hanoi and they took care of my luggage and even offered a shower to freshen up before my international flight. Special thanks to Pon for his kindness and attention to detail in making sure I was comfortable before my travels. We had such a comfortable stay we booked an extra night. 100% would recommend staying at Lheritage Diamond when visiting Hanoi!
