About this villa rental
the house is located in an ideal geographical context to reach any destination in a very short time as Taormina, Acireale, Catania, Giardini Naxos and the whole area of the Etna National Park. And 'ideal for those who want to spend quiet surrounded by nature without being forced to stay in isolated places because in less than a minute you reach the center of the country. The villa is air-conditioned and renewed two years ago, consists of four large bedrooms, two facing the house that is located in the building, the other two rooms instead have an outside door which open directly into the back of ' home, where is located a spacious wooden shed, lovingly decorated with curtains (to improve your search for serenity), and tables and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets installed in the doors or outside windows.
Also on the back of the house, over the wooden canopy, you will find a spacious courtyard where you can park your car to, and a well-kept garden with lawn and palm trees, where you can relax in nature while enjoying a splendid view of Mount Etna.
If instead you want to relax inside the house, you will have at your disposal a large living room is also furnished with care and, thanks to the structure of the house, you will not suffer the heat even in the hottest days because you keep getting very fresh.

A very nice and beautiful attached villa, fully equipped and all rooms have airconditing. The garden is like a picture, from where Mount Etna can be seen and the most highlights can be visited: like Taormina, Catania, Mount Etna, Cefalu, Catania, Siracusa. The owner, Pietro, is very kind and helpfull. Meeting him is a pleasant experience.

Belle maison climatisée et sécurisée avec de beaux volumes. parking a l'intérieur fort appréciable pour 2 véhicules. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue sur l'etna est juste splendide. Son accès est simple et rapide depuis l'autoroute ce qui en fait un atout majeur pour les visites de Taormine, l'Etna, Catane, Syracuse... Commodités proches. le seul vrai hic est la route très fréquentée qui passe devant la maison et un chien qui aboit relativement souvent. La literie qui est un peu vieillissante.
Accueil avec boissons rafraichissantes. Prévoir du cash pour la caution.
