, it is a cozy two-story home. On the first floor, with a private and separate entrance, there are 4 spacious and bright bedrooms,
2 full bathrooms, and a comfortable kitchen with a wraparound balcony offering a panoramic view of Mount Etna.
On the first floor, outside the house and accessible via an outdoor walkway, there is a courtyard with a manual gate where you can park (up to two cars) and also enjoy a barbecue in total relaxation.


The first floor (where all the rooms are located) and the courtyard are all available to our guests.
A small portion of the house located below and on the third floor (not visible) is used for storage and is not accessible.
