This being the cheapest place in Miramar Beach, makes it a great value. The pool was nice, VERY quiet, Perfect for a solo traveler like me. Brought 3 bikes with me, tons of bike path to ride. Close to grocery store and short walk to the beach. I actually used to stay with a friend quite often in a unit across from this one so, I know what to expect.

Like others have said, there is a musty smell in the place. Likely from a cracked foundation under the also cracked tiles. The carpets are very worn and everything definitely has some miles on it and is dated. No towels in all but one bathroom. Ice maker is a trap. You really shouldn’t complain really with such a low price point though. If this is all you can afford on this beach, go camping instead. The smell should be dealt with at least I agree. But.. if this place was completely remodeled, it would be too expensive for what you get and eventually disappear. I plan on coming back soon.

Very clean, beautiful, top quality. Photos correspond to reality. We will definitely come back. I recommend this place, close to the ocean and a very quiet area.

The style of the property was awesome. Very clean, neat, and very well taken care of

The parking for each apt. If someone was parked directly behind you, it made it very difficult to get out of the parking spot. (Very understandable considering the space, if I was in a bigger vehicle)

The proximity to the beach, shopping malls, other activities.

Our door lock failed and we had to get a locksmith come out at 2/3am (greatly appreciative of him). The old lock had to be changed.
