If you need to burn off some additional energy, grab your sneakers & head to the Fitness Room or twirl your racquet to find your match on the Tennis Courts or Basketball Court.
Enjoy the private large balcony and relish the Florida sunshine with amazing sunrises & picturesque watercolors of the sunset in this tastefully decorated (2) bedroom condo. The condo sleeps eight & is designed with tiled floors in the main areas with an open floor plan which allows for everyone to converse throughout the kitchen, dining room & living area. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, dishwasher & microwave. Your chef can have his/her own space with extra room to invite helpers. The dining room table has seating for (6) with kitchen counter seating for (4). The outdoor patio table also has seating for (4). If you choose to BBQ, multiple community grills are available off the pool & in the rear of the building.
The living room has plenty of natural light & features a large flat screen TV with a cozy seating area, which includes a sleeper sofa, love seat & a reclining chair where you can snuggle up & enjoy movies or play games! The sliding glass door off the living room offers a nice sized balcony to enjoy some privacy or entertainment around the patio table & chairs or allows you to snuggle up on the (1) chaise lounge chairs or sit at the dining table with (4) chairs with a great book overlooking the water & palm trees.
The master bedroom has a water view of the gulf with a sliding door leading to the balcony, king bed, double-sided closet, flat screen TV, ceiling fan & a spacious ensuite bathroom with tiled floors, large double vanity with (2) sinks, commode & step-in tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan & closet with a private access to the bathroom which has a vanity & step-in tub/shower combo. The hallway bunk offers two twin beds located outside the guest bedroom. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry room.
Security walks the premises within the gated community. Two free parking passes are provided; one assigned underground parking spot is available along with an unassigned open-air parking spot in the well-lit parking lot. For reference, the condo is an end unit on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building & the residence can be accessed via stairs or via the elevator. Luggage carts are available near the elevators to transport your belongings.
Walking, hiking & biking trails are easily accessed along with water activities offered throughout Miramar Beach & Destin. If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida. This is my second time staying in this condo. I do believe it has new owners now. They have done great updates to the Condo since i was there in 2023. No more carpet. Updated furniture. And let me tell you about the ceiling fans!! Those alone make it thought it. After being hot all day and sun burned there is nothing better then a good ceiling fan!! We were a family of 8 and it was more then enough room!! Was able to cook multiple nights!! Condo is a very short walk though the pools and across the road to the beach!! Owner/manager message and i even accidentally left behind a whole load of laundry and they was able to get it in the mail to me!! Again this is my 2nd time in the condo and never a issue! If we come back to this area we wont be looking around we will rebook!! Thank you again for making our 2025 family Vacation a great one!!

The condo was clean and well taken care of. The beds were big and comfortable, and all the updated furnishings were very nice. There was plenty of room for our family, and the location was ideal. We've stayed in this condo complex before and love it! The view from the condo was also spectacular. A perfect stay for our family!

The Amalfi is a great place to vacation. Just across the street to a beautiful white powder beach. Two great pools with plenty of seats and umbrellas. Walking distance to several restaurants. Our unit was so so. Several stains on master bedroom carpet which should be cleaned or replaced. The furnishings were old and showed their age. Could feel the coils in mattress in master bedroom and the lighting at night was terrible. No grab rails in neither bath tub making it unsafe (if you were old.). Couch could be cleaned or replaced. Plenty of dishes but light on forks and spoons for a room that can accommodate a family of 8. The frypans (2) were trash. Should be replaced. Wouldn’t even sit flat on electric stove. Coffee pot and microwave broke while we were there, but the owner was quick to replace them. That was good. We will definitely return to Amalfi but probably look for an upgraded unit next time.
