The home was great, each couple had their own area with a bathroom which resulted in privacy for all.
The couple with the small baby had uncomfortable temperatures for two days. The air conditioning unit required repair. The owner made this happen in an expedited manner which we all appreciated.
The owner should provide more then two dishwasher tablets and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. Tenants coming in from other states have to buy more important items such as groceries, not dishwasher tablets and toilet paper .

Very short walk to a white sandy beach and clear blue water. Modern decor with updated furniture and spacious bedrooms. Community pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. Location was ideal with plenty of restaurants, golf courses and shops/outlets nearby.
Minor issue with bedroom ceiling fans rattling and odor from master shower. Odor faded some as we used it throughout the week and kept the shower door open as requested. Otherwise this was the perfect place to vacation.

We loved the townhouse, it’s decorated beautifully! Plenty of space for our family. The master bed/bath is so pretty! The house is only steps away from the pool area so that was super efficient for our family with young kids and a baby. There is a little walk to the beach but we bought a utility wagon and put all of our beach stuff in there and that made the walk so much easier! We’re very happy with our stay!
The only negative I can really say is that I wish it was beach front but that probably would have been too good to be true!
