BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Condo was clean, beds comfy, quick walk across the street to the beach, nice pools. Only con is some maintenance items that need to be addressed…broken dryer handle, broken globe light covering in master, wear and tear on cabinets, broken lock to patio. All in all it was a great stay.
