Perfect location near the train & bus stations and city centre. Extremely good price! It's in a fairly decent brick building with a well maintained stairway. Acceptable for a short stay. Bonus points for having the bath and shower in the kitchen!
Even allowing for such a cheap price, the furnishings were very limited. A place to sleep in and use as a base to explore Daugvapils. Not a place to spend time in. A bit smelly too. Sorry, don't like to complain. A few changes - e.g. more than one cup - and it would be a lot better and they could charge more perhaps.
