2 Bedroom flat for rent

Месторасположение апартаментов отличное, тихое, перед домом детская площадка и прекрасный вид на водоём. Две комнаты, одна спальня с удобной кроватью и другая гостиная с большим угловым диваном. Чистая ванная, полы с подогревом. Хозяин предоставляет полотенца, мыло. В кухне имеется всё необходимое для проживания. Перед домом есть парковочные места.

Апартаменты распологаются на последнем 5 этаже.

A very comfortable bed Location suited us perfectly, there is plenty of parking spaces by the property and it is very close to a tram or busstop, as well It was one of the nicest flats we stayed in Daugavpils.

Perfect apartment. Everything top notch. You can log in your Netflix acount on TV. Comfy bed, pillows. Kitchen has everything you need. Very nice bath. Silent apartment. No noise from the street.

Just so you know - hard to park the car in snowy winter as noone cleans the parking lots in the backyards of the apartment buildings. But this has nothing to do with how nice are the apartment owners and the apartment itself, just a fact that you need to be prepared for (a showel in the car would be perfect).

The accommodation itself was fine — there was no issue with the bed or the facilities. The only difficulty was with access to the property. I tried to send messages and waited quite a long time for a reply. Unfortunately, the access code did not work properly at first. I attempted to use it several times, and because the flat is on the fifth floor, the loud sound from the system made me worried that I might disturb other residents nearby. Thankfully, the issue was resolved later that same evening, but it was quite unusual and stressful for me. I regularly rent properties through Booking.com, and I have honestly never experienced this kind of issue before.

Yes, as I mentioned already, access to the property was quite difficult. The fifth floor was especially challenging, particularly when carrying luggage or heavy bags, as there was no easy access. However, the price for the two days was quite low, so I understand that this may compensate for some of the inconveniences and other minor issues.
