Silent apartment. No noise from the street.
Just so you know - hard to park the car in snowy winter as noone cleans the parking lots in the backyards of the apartment buildings. But this has nothing to do with how nice are the apartment owners and the apartment itself, just a fact that you need to be prepared for (a showel in the car would be perfect).

Свежий ремонт, планировка, вид из окна, было место для парковки, но после 7 вечера было трудно найти место.
Сложилось впечатление что уборка была давно, ребенок походил босиком и ноги в момент стали грязые, сначала не поняла, тк сама была в тапках. Диван в гостиной удобен для отдыха, но если разложиться спать то неудобно,матрас был очень старый, спасло что ребенок маленький и не тяжелый, ребенку было нормально, много места зато😀

Dzīvoklis kopumā ir parasts, bez īpašām priekšrocībām. No plusiem – laba atrašanās vieta un kopumā piemērots īslaicīgai uzturēšanās, ja nav augstu prasību.
Tomēr iespaidu sabojāja vairāki būtiski trūkumi. Guļamistabā spogulis ar bojājumu (šķembu), dzīvoklī ir diezgan putekļains. Virtuvē nav žalūziju uz loga, kas rada diskomfortu. Kāpņu telpā ir nepatīkama smaka un nedarbojas apgaismojums. Tāpat radās grūtības ar autostāvvietu pie mājas.
Atsevišķi jāpiemin problēmas ar iekļūšanu dzīvoklī: instrukcija, kā iekļūt dzīvoklī, bija slikti sagatavota un nesaprotama, bet slēdzene ir ļoti neērta un rada grūtības tās atvēršanā. Saziņa ar saimnieci atstāja nepatīkamu iespaidu – tonis šķita augstprātīgs un ne pārāk klientam draudzīgs.
