Super close to Main Street of daugavpils

Die Wohnung ist eine positive Überraschung im Vergleich zum äusseren Eindruck des Gebäudes. Wir wurden zeitgerecht und umfassend über alles informiert und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war ruhig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.
Für Gäste mit Einschränkungen muss beachtet werden, dass das Appartement im vierten Stock liegt. Es liegt noch etwas Potential in der Sauberkeit des Bad- und Küchenzubehörs.

The property is very well located in side road to centre of Daugapils. It’s cost and large and like home more than a hotel. All facilities you need but fan needs to be repaired as no stand and it was quite hot at night.
Sadly some road works started each day at 8 am and very loud but hopefully will be complete soon and not owners fault.its on top floor with no lift so not suitable for a person with mobility issues.

Overall quite clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has all the basics you could ask for for a decent stay
The bed is way too soft and the pillows are totally uncomfortable. The place could probably use some extra pillows for guests with different preferences. Despite what it says, the TV has only one channel and there is nothing particularly nice about the view. Otherwise, it’s fine!
