It’s not the 5th floor , which is great! It was 3rd floor, warm, easy access to town and shops !
Bedsheets didn’t feel like they’re fresh though, also the plates and saucepans should be changed. Shower was blocked, that needs sorting l.

Central location, the apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, the owner are very kind. It is still a good value for money.
The description is not very accurate - there is only 1 bedroom and living room (not 2 bedrooms and a living room, as in the description). You have to also take the keys from a different location (which is of course stated here, but not very comfortable). There was no bedding set for the 2nd bed, so we had to go to there twice. Also, one duvet was missing, luckily we had our own.

Good location, spacious flat, wi-fi and smart TV.
Silicon in shower cubicle is black and mouldy, looks like it has not been cleaned for ages. There is a massive hole in the bathroom covered up with a piece of some fur, wallpaper was ripped in places, and the worst thing was I found black hair on the bed throw (not just 1) like it hadn’t been washed after previous guests. Also, there was no hot water on the last day of my stay and noone told me about it in advance.
