This 4th-floor (top floor) unit has one of the best beach views on Kiawah Island.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The ocean view was beautiful especially from a very cozy balcony. The walking and biking trails were great. We enjoyed two great meals at Freshfields (48 Wines & Hege’s) and had a great round of golf at Cougar Point.

This small unit fulfilled our needs for a family of four for a week of vacation. Easy access to beach, parking good.
It does need a few things to be fixed door handles that immediately came off doors and the outer screen door doesn’t shut and some of the shutters were broken off upon arrival. A fan vent in master bath above toilet also broken. These broken items never bothered us unless we get held responsible for it. Instead of us the renters providing a list of already broken items upon arrival ….maybe you guys should provide renters a list of what’s broken so we are not responsible for the repairs!
Other than that we enjoyed our stay - no issues!
