RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Luxury condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and a side balcony looking at the boardwalk and ocean. Open the windows and hear the ocean waves and wake up looking out the master bedroom seeing the wonderful sunrise and seagulls flying over the waves. Fully stocked kitchen and wide open living room with plenty of space for family gatherings and activities. Television, movies, board games, puzzles, and children's toys are in the condo for the young ones to enjoy. Take walks on the beach, and enjoy numerous bike and walking trails which you are sure to encounter various wildlife and beautiful views all over the island. PGA Tournament golf courses, spas, shopping, and top-rated restaurants for your indulgence. Two Bikes are available for your enjoyment or rent a golf cart or kayak which can be delivered directly to the condo for you. Elevators are available for you as the condo is on the top floor with the best views day and night.

My two cents - nice unit that didn't quite meet our needs.
Pros:
1. Location, location, location
2. Condo is actually well-stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrella BUT it is a treasure hunt to find all of the objects (see con 3 below).
3. You will have enough dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and garbage bags for the week plus 1 full size sponge.
Cons:
1. Mattresses and box springs desperately need to be replaced, as other reviewers noted.
2. Unit was cleaned, but it was not particularly clean, especially the floors.
3. Unit didn't feel organized. Closets and under bed areas were full of stuff - beach stuff, chairs, even framed art - and some good stuff we could have used during our stay if we knew it was there. I only found some of it doing the last minute "under the bed check" as we checked out.
4. Kitchen is REALLY small, even for a condo this size, and was stocked but not well-stocked. Expect a few very basic pots, pans, and utensils, but no salt/pepper (I bought some and gifted to the unit), wooden spoons, tin foil, plastic wrap, at least that we could find.
5. Unit is advertised as being for 6 people. Unit is ideal for a family or group of 4, uncomfortably crowded for our family of 5, ok for a group of 6 who don't need personal space. Pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable.
