This 3 bedroom/3 full bath Kiawah Island vacation rental offers a screened porch, private dock, an easy 6-minute walk to the beach, and a stunning view over the lagoon in the Parkside community!
This villa features a convenient one-story, end-unit layout. Enter into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with soaring ceilings, offering elegant white cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops with plenty of prep space plus all of the essentials to prepare delicious meals.
Relax in the inviting living room, featuring a cozy sofa, two comfortable swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. A generous dining area between the kitchen and living rooms comfortably seats six, and leads to additional seating on the breezy screened-in porch. The private, multi-level deck and dock is accessible via sliding glass doors off the open-concept main living space and also via the screen porch, allowing for excellent flow and room to spread out. Take in the serene beauty of the lagoon while you sip your morning coffee al fresco - you will find yourself immersed in all of the breathtaking nature that Kiawah Island has to offer.
Down the hall from the kitchen - past the utility, games, and full-sized laundry closets - the primary bedroom has a spacious en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower, a king bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and views of the lagoon. The second bedroom has an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, a flat screen Smart TV and a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin XL (suitable for children or adults) beds, a Smart TV, and an adjacent bath with a tub/shower.
