Night Heron Park, The East beach Market, The Spa and Shops at The Sanctuary are all just a short 5 minute walk from the front door. The beach is right out your back door. Even the beach boardwalk connects to your back porch!
The open lay out of this villa and casual beach furnishings add to your comfort. The spacious living room offers views of the sand dunes and two doors to access the private porch. The updated kitchen opens to the dining area seating 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar.
The master suite has a large private bath, comfortable king bed, large mounted flat screen TV, Kiawah nature views, and access to a private porch with a lounge chair.
The first of 2 guest rooms is off the living room and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath, and access to a back porch. Down the hall and to the left is the second guest room with two twin beds and flat screen TV. This room also has a private bath and access to the back porch.
For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are included.

Beautifully decorated oceanfront property, but wish there were some throw blankets for the living spaces. Was great to see a few deer and nature.

Unobstructed views, very nice. Had workers show up before 8 one day to work on the deck and they were there all day working. Inconvenient. We also had 3 cars but you only get two parking spaces. When one of our guests called asking about it they gave it to them but via email they were being strict when our parking was an open parking lot.

This lovely, high quality accommodation was delightful for all of us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it perfect for us! Very short walk to the beach with showers to shower off before bringing the beach with you in the home. Nice surprise was boogie boards and beach chairs and toys for the kids. Excellent place to ride bikes, golf and hike! It's a 10 in my book!

The unit is just as good as the pictures and location is excellent. However, there was 7a construction on unit above almost every day during our stay. Not necessarily something that can be controlled, but the property management company had no idea and no sympathy for the disruption caused to our family vacation.
