The apartment is located in a 2 storey building with a beautiful sea view in a residential and quiet neighborhood near the Gaslini Hospital with 5 beds composed in two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, open lounge Space for which kitchenette (the kitchen is equipped for short stays), living room, dining room, bed linen and towels, Wifi, Machina place ( free even if not owned) , air conditioning, heating autonomous). The apartment can accommodate families, group of friends, due to its location is reachable by car to 10 minutes of the motorway Genoa-nervi. Our residents in 5 minutes by car can reach the beaches in the quarter, Quinto and Nervi . Instead, the residents who wish to go to the area of the ancient port to visit the aquarium can reach it in 20 minutes by car where they can also taste the typical dishes of the place

We rented this apartment for its ease of access to the beach and local station. The apartment was wonderful, the check in process was easy and the property manager was easy to contact.
The area was what could be best described as out of the way, a fact that wasn’t fully apparent until we got there.
The beach and station (and wonderful restaurant) where 15-20 minutes walk there but the walk back was steeply up hill with the last section including 100 steps (my daughter counted)
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place but be aware you’ll either need a car or be fit enough to climb a long way up hill each evening.
