About this house rental
Come mingle with the locals! Genoa Blues is all yours and it’s in the heart of Boccadasse. The area is unique and from the living room.
You can enjoy delicious mixed fry, pizzas, porridge and beach-side spritzes at restaurants, aperitif bars and ice cream places. Yet you'll sleep quietly at night without the usual hustle and bustle from the lively bay.
The house has just been renovated. We love staying here too so we have made sure to make it homely with lots of light and modern comforts. The terrace is very spacious and open-plan living area connects sitting room, dining room and kitchen.
There are two full bathrooms with shower and a bath. The house is fully equipped with a large fridge. There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
All three bedrooms are big with much cupboard space. One of them has a king size bed.
There are private parking right outside the apartment and its included in the price, a real plus if you know the area!
It's important to know that the house is connected by a staircase - you´ll see it in the pictures. There is another way to reach the terrace that is the entrance to the house.
In the morning make crystal clear water and still waters in the morning make Boccadasse ideal for an early morning swim - you’ll be with a few locals! There’s a lifeguard present during the summer months and the bay is ideal for families.
Getting into the city center, the old town or aquarium is easy. We are connected with three different bus lines and the Sturla train station within easy reach. The IT TAXI app works beautifully when you feel a bit lazy!
Longer day trips, to Santa Margherita, Camogli, Portofino and hiking in the Cinque Terre are all great outings Giovanni or Suzanne can help you with. Getting out of a boat in Nervi (to ride a bus or a few stops away from a train) to explore in a gorgeous way.

Giovanni was an excelent Host, he provided everything we could possibly ask for. He speaks perfect english and you can contact him everytime. Only the beds are a little bit too stiff... we would come back here for sure :) enjoy your visit at Genova Blues

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Einrichtung. Hochwertige E-Geräte. Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr große Dachterrasse, kleiner Kritikpunkt, ne Markise oder Sonnensegel wäre optimal gewesen, denn es wurde dort sehr unangenehm heiß tagsüber. Sehr angenehm war die Außendusche, nach dem Baden im Meer konnte man sich schön abduschen ohne erst rein zu müssen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp war grandios, er war sofort erreichbar u hat Fragen/Probleme gelöst. Kleine Bucht mit schattigen Plätzchen bis Mittag 3min zu Fuß war super.Größerer Strand über den Berg mit ein paar Treppen 10min entfernt + Hundebucht- TOP! Lidl u Basko 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Hafen/Innenstadt leicht mit dem Auto in 15min zu erreichen.
Preise Lebensmittel, Pizza 3 min zu Fuß, StandUPpaddeln Preis war unschlagbar.
Aquarium muss man besuchen lohnt sich + den AcquaPark 94km weit entfernt war toll. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt Danke

La casa di nuovissima ristrutturazione, molto pulita. L' Host molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto accogliente,soleggiata e rilassante con un bel terrazzo che con il buon tempo puo' anche essere vissuto nei mesi invernali.
