We loved it.

We loved the location, the view, the heated towel rail, the bidet, the fishermen’s club next door, the beautifully ironed pillow cases, the little fishes on almost everything, etc

The fact that there was no gate to block our baby from crawling down the steep stair case. For this reason, we would not have chosen this property if we had known about it beforehand.

Expensive for what you get.

Location

Check out time is too early . Specially during winter and mid of the week , It’s expected to be possible a place to leave your luggage for 2 hours . Parking is difficult to find. Noise of refurbishment works on the building just besides it. Very Uncomfortable mattress . The apartment is quite cold , since is close to the sea and the heating is too small for the size of this apartment. Another point that’s not the property fault : Please be aware that If you come driving from France the roads approaching Italy is a complete disaster!!!! There are several kilometers with only half road and it took us 6 hours from Cannes to arrive in Genova (considering that my husband is an excellent driver and we were driving a fast car).

Dream like

Stunning location right on the water with cute places to eat and drink right there as well as the sea. After staying in hotels it was so lovely to be able to cook and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect stay.

Lovely place right on the sea in Boccadasse

Apartment is situated right on the pedestrian street in Boccadasse. It’s Clean and has everything you need for the stay from washing machine to coffee. Mattia was a very nice and helpful host.

Vue de rêves, charmant refuge entouré d'excellents restaurants.

La localisation, la vue spectaculaire sur la plage de Bocadasse, la décoration, la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement de parking, les restaurants autour.

Un petit bémol, l'eau de douche n'était pas chaude. Toutefois, il faisait chaud donc ce n'était pas un problème pour nous.

Mycket bra!

Läget är spektakulärt precis vid havet och precis bredvid lilla stenstranden vid Boccadasse. Mycket restauranger och caféer nära.

Det går inte att ta sig direkt till boendet med bil vilket vi inte visste. Vi fick bra tips på parkering av vår värd.

Kurz aber in vollen Zügen!

Die Lage ist der absolute Hammer. Ein Sprung un man ist bereits im Meer. Während die Kinder (12 udn 10) in der kleinen Bucht baden konnten, genossen wir Gelati und Apero. Bis in die Nacht war etwas los ;-) Wir sind mit dem ÖV gereist und das war sehr einfach. Es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10" in der Innenstadt.

Vista spettacolare

La vista dalle finestre è impagabile, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Boccadasse, le finestre sono insonorizzate, una volta chiuse non si sente più nessun rumore né il vociare della gente, che a Boccadasse è sempre molta 😉 Paolo molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente 😃😃

Sympatische Wohnung an einem bezaubernden Ort

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Am schönsten Ort von Genua kann man vom Schlafzimmerfenster auf das Meer und die schönen farbigen Häuser schauen! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zwei Restaurants, Trattoria Osvaldo und Ge8317-Ittiturismo, waren hervorragend und gleich um die Ecke!

La casa è molto curata, la posizione è incredibile. Aprire le finestre e vedere Boccadasse e il mare, davvero impagabile. Mattia è stato molto gentile, ci ha consigliato locali nei dintorni e a Genova. La casa è ampia e attrezzata, anche il bagno è molto grande. Davvero una bellissima esperienza!

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und Boccadasse

Die Lage ist einzigartig mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und Boccadasse. Man sieht den Sonnenaufgang von der Wohnung aus. Auf der kleinen Terrasse ist genug Platz für zwei Stühle. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet. Die Betten bequem. Der Check in war sogar etwas früher möglich, vielen Dank, und sehr freundlich und persönlich. Der Parkplatz, den man dazumieten kann, ist ok, etwas steil und nur für kleinere Autos, für uns ging es gut.

Die Heizung schaffte es nicht, den Raum wirklich aufzuwärmen, da vom Treppenaufgang immer kühle Luft nach oben kommt (schwerer Vorhang unten würde helfen). Dadurch ist es abends nicht so angenehm im Winter. Beim Bett wäre es gut, die Pfosten zu demontieren, damit man etwas besser dran vorbeilaufen kann, es ist sehr eng.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut! Das Meer und die wunderschöne Bucht mit den bunten Häusern und tollen Lokalitäten direkt vor der Tür sind einfach klasse! Das Meeresrauschen war unser ständiger Begleiter.

Die Wohnung ist super liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
