Easy check in, lovely historic building on the Vatican doorstep. Very comfortable bed and the shower is a definite plus (it even plays the radio! 😀). The host, Antonio, is an extremely helpful and cheerful Napolitan, so you can get the Napolitan warmth and entertainment factor included in the price, if you choose to. Thank you, we loved our stay!

The location was great for the things we wanted to see and do. The worker who was there during the day was great. The room was clean.

The owner or manager. Complete jerk and bully. I had issues with ac and he yelled at me and told me he didn’t have to speak English and kept yelling at me asking if I spoke Italian. Beyond condescending. Has a video camera with sound and watches way more than he should! Super creepy! I have his text from WhatsApp that are awful. I have videos of dog barking below us and he kept saying I was a liar and then told me to go find the owner and tell them to make it be quiet. I’ve NEVER ran into such a mean person in my life! Do some research before you book here, having an owner be a jerk isn’t worth any amount of savings. The shower didn’t work well. The ac is not big enough or powerful enough to cool off the 4 person bed room we stayed in. Our friends stayed in another room and they felt the same as we did. I don’t leave negative reviews hardly ever. Maybe one time in my life before this. I rely on reviews. Most of my time is spent traveling and so I’m tired of people not being honest about their stays.
