About this house rental
Located at the edge of the forest and 400 meters from the beach, you can retreat in this house a bit from the other tourists. Bakers, supermarket and restaurants are just as close, the train station 15 minutes walk away.
The semi-detached house is located in a garden with private terrace facing southeast / southwest, so sunny and bright.
The ground floor has a kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower & WC. Upstairs there is another bathroom with tub & toilet and three lockable bedrooms: 1. with two single beds, 2. with double bed, 3. with three single beds, two of them on a gallery.
The slate floor of the kitchen and the parquet in the rest of the house are heated by underfloor heating. In the cold season you can make yourself comfortable with the fireplace in the kitchen.
The house has Wi-Fi connection and a parking space.
Note to the seaside resorts Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck:
- Parking on the streets is not allowed. If you are traveling with more than one car, you would need to use a public pay parking or P & R at the station free of charge,
- You need a spa card: per person and day in high season (1. April to 31. October & 27. December to 2. January) 2.70 € / reduced 1.60 €. In low season (1. November to 31. March & 3. January to 31. March) € 2.10 / reduced € 1.30. Children until the 10th Birthday are free, until 16. Birthday reduced. For this you have a clean beach with proper toilets and can travel for free by bus.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Perfekt für große Familien, da viel Platz und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ruhige Lage aber nur einen Katzensprung zu Restaurants und zum Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu sechst mit 3 Generationen im Urlaub und das Haus hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Die schnelle Kommunikation mit Fewo und dann der Vermieterin waren super. Waschmaschine und viele Spiele für den Abend sind ein großes Plus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben es tgl. getestet. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist trotzdem mitten im Zentrum und der Strand ist zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.
