Die Lage war hervorragend Wir waren in 5 Minuten am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Rewe 2 min.
Nur 1 TV!, keine Wäscheständer. Wenig Kochtöpfe, nur kleine Pfanne. Wenig Besteck und Kochlöffel. Für eine 5 köpfige Familie zu wenig. Müllentsorgung für 3 Ferienwohnungen ein Problem wegen zu kleinen MÜLLEIMERN.

Die Sauberkeit und die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist prima. Da wir Leseratten sind, und die Wohnung direkt über der Bücher Handlung gelegen ist, ist die Lage super.
Da die Villa Paula das Geburtshaus von Hans Werner Richter ist, und die Vermieter der Wohnung auch Betreiber der Buchhandlung sind, hatten wir uns in der Wohnung ein bissel Bezug zu diesem bedeutenden Literaten gewünscht. Ebenfalls wäre ein Hochstuhl für das unsere kleine Tochter schön gewesen.
