Villa Vineta is situated in a prime location directly on the beach promenade in Bansin. With its two distinctive towers, it is one of the most beautiful beach villas on the island of Usedom. Following a complete renovation, Villa Vineta offers modern comforts (e.g., elevator, sauna) in a historic setting. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Schloonsee on the other, it offers a magnificent view of the water. Its location right on the beach, surrounded by beautiful villas, is second to none.

On the first floor of Villa Vineta, built in 1896, you’ll find a bright, inviting 3-room apartment. You’ll find a spacious living/dining room with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom with a large box-spring bed and a crib, and another bedroom with a standard double bed. The living room features a sofa bed that sleeps two people.
The living room serves as the heart of the apartment. Here you can start the day with breakfast together, plan excursions into the idyllic countryside, to the beach right next to the villa, or to the island’s sights, or simply gather for a cozy evening watching TV.
From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the sun from late morning through the evening with a magnificent view of Lake Schloonsee.
Additionally, the building features a communal sauna with a cozy relaxation area, as well as a washing machine and dryer that our guests can use (coin-operated machines).
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can always stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home.
A free parking space at the building is also included with the apartment.
