About this cottage rental

Hebe Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard whilst retaining many period features and is equipped to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. It comprises of a large, bright, open plan living area made up of a kitchen and sitting room. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor accommodating a king-size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second. The bathroom includes an over bath shower and there is a downstairs cloakroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the secluded west facing courtyard garden where you can find the feature Hebe bush after which the cottage is named. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, range cooker and fridge freezer. In addition to a digital smart HD TV including freesat channels, there is a blu ray DVD player and WiFi. A selection of traditional family games and children’s DVDs are also provided for rainy days. Central heating, bed linen and towels (one bath and hand towel per guest) are included in the rental price of the cottage.

Hebe Cottage was absolutely delightful. It was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. It was in such a convenient location and we always found parking a short walk away. When we come back to the area we would love to stay there again.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It was no problem finding a parking space near the cottage. It's only a short walk into town where you can find lovely little shops with local and unique products. The only thing we missed was some seat cushions for the garden chairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Hebe Cottage. It was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. The weather was beautiful all week, so we didn't spend a lot of time inside, but the bonus was a lovely garden to sit outside on a Summer evening. The location is perfect - really close to the shops and also some great local pubs, but very peaceful too. We would love to return in the future. Thank you Liz & James

The cottage is in the perfect location close to shops but quiet. It was very well supplied and true to its pictures. The check in was just getting the key from the key box. My only concern was the stairs which are hard to navigate for older people . They could be improved by the addition of more railing

Fantastic stay in perfect cottage for us. Loved the courtyard - so pretty and a suntrap. Excellent location close to shops and quay, and never a problem finding a parking spot. Very excited to see several muntjac near the church! Would strongly recommend.

We had an amazing week at Hebe cottage. The weather wasn’t great, but the location of the cottage made up for it. Being in the centre of the town made our holiday perfect as we could pop in and out easily. We only went out in the car once in the whole week. The kids loved crabbing and taking part in all the amazing carnival activities and music. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back!

The cottage is gorgeous, very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It’s in a perfect location, so close to the shops in Wells leading to the harbour. Definitely recommend staying here but be careful on the staircase as the stairs are very steep. We were very lucky as the weather was perfect.

Air of spaciousness, excellently eqipped, and so close to all amenities. It was a pleasure to sit in the garden, too, where the sun shone all day. Owner very eager to assist. One of the party did struggle with the stairs, which were a little bit challenging.

Really great location in the heart of the town. Quiet and peaceful- everything you would want in easy reach. Recommend the Globe and Wells Crab House to eat. Great base for coastal drives and trips. Well equipped cottage but a very tight staircase if you are over 6’ - like me!

This is the first holiday rental we have ever been to where there was no personal note from the owner and not even a pint of milk in the fridge or a packet of biscuits. This was very dispiriting especially at Christmas.

Lovely well appointed cottage. Close to shops and restaurants. No parking but plenty a short distance away. Could be difficult in high season though. The stairs are a bit awkward but we got used to them and unpacked our cases downstairs. Lovely powerful shower and very comfy beds. Plenty of nice places to visit, all within an hours drive. Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall. Also loved the beach at Wells and the seals at Blakeney Point and Horsey. Great week despite the changeable weather.

Perfect property in an ideal location. Everything you need is included, comfy and cosy for a small family (1 or 2 children max). Lovely courtyard garden for relaxing meals outside. So pleased we stayed at Hebe Cottage for a first visit to Wells. Will definitely be back.
