Located in the thriving coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, Preacher's View is a comfortable, modern upside-down house tucked away with a wonderful view of St Nicholas Church and private off-road parking. For beach-lovers, this hideaway has its own colourful beach hut, Cuthbert's Cabin, on the stunning nearby beach.
Preacher's View is a well-equipped, light and airy detached house with three bedrooms (two double and one bunk room) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite) on the ground floor and a super, open-plan living space on the first floor with wonderful views. This sunny house is a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day and enjoys the benefits of both off road parking and a private garden. A perfect spot for families, couples and friends around the year.
A short walk takes you right into the heart of this popular seaside town, where you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete - some excellent places to eat, interesting shops to browse and the chance of some crabbing or a day's sailing from the picturesque quay. Or just take a seat outside one of the many cafes and watch the world go by.
For beach lovers, Wells beach is a hard one to beat; golden sands framed by pine woods and a row of colourful beach huts stretch as far as the eye can see. Preacher's View comes with its own beautifully refurbished hut, Cuthbert's Cabin.
