First floor seaside apartment with balcony and spectacular sea views.

I would stay there again. Lovely views of sea, few steps away from beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. Despite staying in July, we had some awful weather and the apartment was a cosy retreat with an amazing view of the sea in all its moods. Although compact it was well equipped, with enough kitchen equipment to cook and enough storage space for a week’s worth of stuff. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom looked to be very recently refurbished. The living room carpet was a bit tired and they’d unfortunately recently had some water damage to one end of the living room ceiling, but neither was a major problem. When the rain stopped we had a lovely time exploring the area: would recommend the Dyfi Osprey Centre for an outing and the Salt Marsh Kitchen for eating. Communication with the owner and the housekeeper was easy and the check in/out very simple with a key box.

Enjoy the peace and quite of tywyn and play area .and beach.

My husband and I had a lovely week in this excellent apartment we had a little bit of a problem with a dodgy door key when we first arrived which after a quick phone to Anna was soon sorted out. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything you might need. The balcony off the bedroom had lovely views of the promenade and we saw some lovely sunsets. The train station was just a ten minute walk away and we used the train quite a few times to visit places down the coast. I would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends I

The accommodation was exactly as described. The location directly opposite the beach was fantastic.. we saw beautiful sunsets and enjoyed just watching the waves from the lounge and bedroom windows. The flat had everything you need and was extremely clean, with evidence of extra cleaning steps being taken during this latest covid period. We would return and stay here again. There is lots to do and see in the local area, and you could walk into town in approximately 10 minutes. Definitely recommended!

A lovely location overlooking the sea. Although situated on the main seafront it was very quiet. Very comfortable beds.

Clean and comfy with everything that we needed. Seemed to bang my head each time I came down the stairs. I'm only 5'10''. Needs some padding of some kind. 6 footers would have to be careful!!!

Lovely little flat with everything we needed in a fabulous location, very clean and every precaution taken regarding Covid 19. Anna couldn’t have been more helpful during what has been a very trying year for us all, we will definitely be coming again :)

This apartment was wonderful with spectacular views of the sea. We had a short 3 night stay and we loved it , exactly like the photo's . We wanted a relaxing break that is what we got . We would recommend this apartment.

We arrived in the middle of Storm Dennis! Having to reroute when we found Machynlleth flooded we were relieved to get into the apartment and settle in. The checking in instructions were perfect and everything was as it is described. It did take a while to warm up, but the weather was extreme ! Despite the wind and the rain we loved the location . All we wanted was a few days relaxing without any plans and that's exactly what we did. We slept well, the bed is so comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet block and we hardly heard any of the other occupants. I am sure we will be back again.

Lovely location, probably more suitable for shorter holiday than we had, particularly if you you want to cook. Easy access to shops and eating places.

A well presented apartment in a superb location. Stunning views from both the living room and balcony. Never having been to this part of Wales before, we found it a great base to explore new areas. Tywyn itself was a delight, with all the amenties you need for a self-catering holiday. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely return.

We had a perfect short break in Tywyn. The property has a great location, has an amazing view and is quite near by some of the best attractions from Snowdonia. The apartments is comfy, warm and in the kitchen we found everything that we needed. Also if you are stuck inside in the rainy days you can find some good books and movies + wifi. Very thoughtful! We had a great holiday in Tywyn and we are planning to go again.

Having previously been to Tywyn, both with our caravan and for day trips, we knew what to expect, amazing views, clean uncrowded beaches and walks in the countryside and mountains around. This time we wanted a bit more comfort and this apartment was just what we needed. It is a decent size, has a great view of the sea and easy to wander down to the beach to enjoy a bit of sunbathing and sandcastle building whenever you fancy. The balcony off the bedroom, overlooking the sea, was much used and a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. The apartment is also just round the corner from one of the best little parks I know, which has a children's play area, a small café, tennis courts, skittles, crazy golf etc. great for keeping our 11 year old happy. We took our tennis rackets but these can be hired if required. It always amazes me how Aberdovey gets so overcrowded, usually hard to find a parking space even in the quite expensive carpark, when just a few miles more brings you to Tywyn where you can always park (Free of charge at the moment though it looks like a ticket machine has been recently installed in the corner of the beach front carparks.) OK the beach at Tywyn is not so sandy and when the tide is in any beach left is mostly pebbles but when the tide goes out there is plenty of sand and plenty of space. The town centre is a good, but easily manageable walk, from the apartment and has a decent range of small shops as well as a Spar and Co-op for general food shopping. The railway station is also convenient and one day we decided to catch the train up the coast to Barmouth. Splendid sea views from the train as well as going over the bridge which spans the estuary at Barmouth. We then walked back over the bridge and picked up the train at Fairbourne for the return journey. If you go to the chip shop near the station at Fairbourne make sure you leave plenty of time as the food is cooked to order and can take longer than is comfrtable. All in all we were never stuck for things to do and the apartment served us well. We would definitely stay there again as there is plenty we didn't get round to this time.

Upon entering the front porch,there were 5 key safe 's & not numbered, as stated in information-so eventually found No.1. Very musty smell in hallways-not very welcoming,& dark in apartment doorway-however,what a wonderful view & position from both windows & balcony. The apartment was clean & cosy,perfect for 2. Bed very comfortable,but- beware bed side mats-very slippy on laminate flooring! Bathroom really needs some heating & bath took forever to fill. We re-cycled the rubbish as requested-a" cheeky ask" with no bags provided ,not even for pedal bin in the kitchen,& quite tricky going down stairs with it. Finally only one light working on cooker hood. The position & views make this apartment,but with some adjustments it would be much improved. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We had a brilliant time staying here! The views were amazing and we saw a great sunset every evening from the comfort of the balcony. Perfect location for travelling to new places but also for exploring tywyn and visiting the railway. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, thank you!

Entering the property for the first time ,it was quite dark, found light switch got used to it. The apartment itself was lovely, great location fantastic view, comfortable and warm. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathroom nice and modern. During our stay Storm Freya arrived the views of the wild and windy sea were spectacular. We couldn't of asked for anything more

The property was ideal for our stay, right on the beach and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Snowdon is about an hour and a half away but it’s a lovely drive. Tywyn has everything you need on your doorstep and the tallylyn railway is a must.

we stayed for 3 nights, wished we had stayed longer. great location on the seafront. property as advertised (private parking, wi-fi that worked, etc). Will look to book again before too long

Great flat in super location overlooking the sea. Warm, comfortable, ideal for couples seeking some peace and the beauties of Wales. Go for a ride on the Talyllyn railway then go for a walk in the hills. Bed very comfortable. minor point settee could do with new cushions. Well equipped kitchen.
