I have a lot of experience with AirBnB, Booking.com and Hotel.com. I have never seen a property where the owner had prepared so many "little things" to make it easy and more comfortable for the host. Superb. Moreover, it is located a short distance from the Centre des Expositions and the Automotive complex.

Great stay, again. Merci Pascal!

Pascal is a great host; since our last visit he has installed a key safe for easy check-in at any time; The apartment is exactly as described; The location is fantastic, Carrefour supermarket and a local Baker 2-3 minutes walk, Moroccan restaurant, takeaway pizzeria and takeaway roast chicken 4-5 minutes walk, easy access to major roads and Le Mans circuits, in a quiet courtyard where you can put your car. Le logement est très agréable et l'emplacement aussi.

Le niveau de propreté est à revoir, surtout au niveau toile d'araignée, elles sont très présente dans le logement, du moins, au moment où on y était.
