The place offers EVERYTHING. I highlight:
- Big kitchen with cereals for the breakfast,
- Dryer + washing machine
- Drying rack
The location is very good. It is not on the same island as downtown is, but I enjoyed a lot walking across the bridge. The view of Tromso and Tromsdalen from the bridge are a dream.
I have back problems and it was something that unfortunately caused me pain the whole trip. The bed in this place did not help with it. The mattress was the thinest I have ever seen in my life.
The shower should have two doors but it only had one. This caused floods everytime somebody took showers.
The story with the fridge is completely true. I analyzed it and I concluded it is not due to rotten food inside, I think the fridge smells bad for a reason that I cannot explain. I looked at all the food inside and none of them was in bad conditions. They need to take a look of the fridge.
I enjoyed the walk to Tromso across the bridge, but it is 35 minutes. There are buses all the time but they are a little pricey.

This is my second time staying here, and I stayed in a double room. The home it's in a great location, and the owners are very quick to respond to my questions. The room was clean, and I loved that it had heated floors. Definitely a comfortable stay!

Amazing place for solo travellers. The location, cleanliness, safety, comfort, accessibility and amenities are quite exceptional.
Constant snores from strangers at night. Makes hard to sleep.

It's in a great location right by the cathedral, gondola, and bus stop! You can also easily walk across the bridge into the center of Tromso! The beds were comfy and the heating was lovely. It was also a great price for Tromso!
The facilities were disappointing. Firstly there is only one shared toilet and to make matters worse the shower is in the same room as it meaning you're sometimes waiting for a LONG time to be able to use the bathroom :( furthermore the shower door was broken meaning water always spilled out onto the floor no matter what. Neither the kitchen or bathroom were very clean generally either.
