About this house rental
Come and relax ! Our place is perfect for up to 10 adults plus kids under 12 years old. Brand new sauna, brand new ice barrel, wood burning fireplace / we provide the wood/ Minutes away from Big boulder/Jack Frost mountain.
This is a beautiful 3 bedrooms ,1 children room ,1 other room and 3 bathrooms house. Sauna, fireplace, costume made kitchen with ss appliances ,central air condition,/heat, hardwood floors, washer/ dryer . We have a playground with swings for the kids, basketball for adults/kids.Upstairs has a master bedroom with full bath and TV. Children room and the other room with sharing bath in the hallway. Open kitchen ,dining room ,large living room with wood burning fireplace and TV, porch with gas grill . Downstairs has two rooms with sharing bath, sauna, laundry room and game room with pool table, foosball table, darts , and TV.
The community itself is offering a lot of activities for all ages. These activities include tennis and basketball courts, paddle boat rental, outdoor pool and sandy beach.Pocono raceway, Lake Harmony, miles of beautiful hiking trails, Skirmish Paintball , white water rafting, a short drive to H2OOOO or Kalahari indoor water park.

We were 6 adults and 4 children for the July 4th weekend family getaway. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this home. However, the beach facility restaurant was clearly understaffed resulting in 45 minute to 1 hour wait times. Although this is no fault of the rental home it is part of the community. Lesson: bring your own food to the beach.

The house was beautiful and just the right size for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the close proximity to nature walks and hiking trails. The owner was also very helpful and responsive when we had questions, including bringing trash bags within minutes of our request.
Despite the perfect size and the beautiful design of the house, there were some issues. Some furniture and appliances need repair and the yard was unkempt with piles of building supplies and debris.
All in all, we had a great time in and around the house even though the beach and pool were closed our entire week.
