Good for one overnight on the road.

Very good location, just a few minutes from the center. Free parking in front of the hotel. Price is OK.

Breakfast was poor - the plate of salami, hams, and eggs, etc, every morning was the same. Cigarette smell in the restaurant. Noisy heating device on the room, really noisy, I didn't use it because of it.

Stressful

Breakfast was very filling. The only staff was an over worked woman who spoke only Serbian, had to use Translate to communicate but she was friendly and did her best to be helpful. Room had a small balcony.

The owner took £20 too much when I paid by credit card by altering the exchange rate, then he disappeared on a fishing trip for my stay. Booking.com had to refund my overcharge as he didn't respond to queries. No lift so staff reluctantly helped cary case up as I had a back issue. Room was not made up one day as the only cleaner was sick. Swimming pool and pool furniture looked dirty, I would not have used it.

Open and honest communication, everything was as it was agreed, even with additional last minute changes. Owners are very nice, fair and polite. Really nice property. Breakfast was tasty.

If you are in Northwest Serbia, I recommend you to visit Hotel Garden House in Apatin.

Hotel Garden House is the best place to stay in Apatin . Everything is very well organized, a large swimming pool, sunbeds and a beautiful garden, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very tasty, the managers are wonderful and helpful

Nice room. Sauna and jakuzzi are present. Tennis court on the background! Great place, especially for Apatin. Breakfast is rich and huge (and very Balkanian). Parking is free.

Weird breakfast (included in room rate), table service but only allowed one dish otherwise charged extra, nice omelette once it came but no butter or jam offered with bread, coffee and orange juice also charged extra!!!

Cheaper and better than expected, a perfect place for a short stay

- The room smells good and clean, no cigarette smell upstairs - Bed is comfortable - Staff is friendly, speaks good English, and the boss speaks Hungarian as well - Perfect omelet for breakfast - Cute cats around - Located in the downtown with nice Civic houses (historical houses) around - Good coffee

- The balcony fence seems quite low, don't go too close :) - The music turns on at 7:00 AM in the garden, so usually you get an unwanted early wake-up

Great location near the Euro Bike 6 and downtown. Room was comfortable and fit our needs. The owner went out of his way to help us arrange transportation early in the morning.

Great place for that price.

Place is located in the centar of town but it was unspeakable quiet and calm. The room was big with nice balcony, very clean and comfortable with AC. In price was included using pool in beautiful garden where you can enjoy the sun in the privacy, using their bar with regular and cheap prices. There is also other activities included in accommodation such a gym and tennis. There is a restaurant where food is delicious. For breakfast you have different choices and it's included in accommodation price, plus you have a free drink with It. Stuff is very polite and attentive. Always want to help with good tips what to visit.

Location is new and clean. The owner is a foodie and he have a nice belly....that is why he prepare delicious food. He also helps my friends to organize pcr test. If you go in Apatin I recommend this hotel.
