Location is great

Live wires hanging from wall in bathroom. No mirror in bathroom. Bathroom door would not close. Entry door j as m not secure. The premise is under renovation, advertised to be completed by 30/6/25 - not the case. Would recommend people stay clear until renovations complete.

Minimal sleep followed by a disappointing breakfast. Reception staff were nice though.

They have storage for bikes, and the location is very good - on the EuroVelo 6. The shower was good too.

Renovation work starts at 8am. It’s long overdue as the bathroom door doesn’t close at all, bedroom was pretty dated, and curtains kept falling off. Oh, and being put in the room closest to the function suite, which had loud music and partying until midnight.

The hotel was good. Centrally located and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was given a smoking room. Not a big deal I just opened the windows and aired it out. If you book here just ask for a non smoking room. Breakfast was plentiful but not to my taste. Others might think it is fine.

Check-in woman was excellent and helpful, her English was pretty good. Parking on side of hotel. Good Wifi. Nice large and clean room. Right across the border from Croatia. Refrigerator. The check out young man was EXCELLENT, he was VERY helpful and his English was great. A +++ employee and an A+++ employee for the hotel.

Basic- stop over night sleep hotel. I would return again if need be.

This is a great stay for Eurovelo 6 riders.

The staff was great and all knew English and helped me with Serbian. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good. It was a quite room and the air-conditioning worked well. It was very close to the Eurovelo route 6 and they had a storage garage for our bicycle.

There is a buffet for breakfast. There are weddings at the hotel, so be prepared for noise and loud music. Since there is not much accommodation available in Backa Palanka, this is the best option.

Solides Hotel in zentraler Lage mit etwas lustlosem Personal

Ein ordentlich geführtes Hotel in zentrale Lage. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, offensichtlich hatten wir einen bereits renovierten Raum erhalten. Zum Frühstück gab es Müsli und Obst, was in Serbien nicht so oft vorkommt. Trotz einer großen Familienfeier, die bis tief in die Nacht ging, war es in unserem Zimmer ruhig. Klimaanlage und Wi-Fi funktionierten tadellos, das Bad war hygienisch ohne Makel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig angemessen.

Da das Hotel an der Hauptstraße liegt, kann man in den Zimmern zur Straße hin nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Offensichtlich wird gerade saniert, was einige Unannehmlichkeiten im Hotelflur mit sich brachte; das war aber alles kein Thema. Der Frühstücksraum ist eher ein Saal, wirkt deshalb etwas unpersönlich. Der Innenhof hat mehr Beton als Grün zu bieten. Das Personal könnte eine Prise mehr Freundlichkeit vertragen.
