About this villa rental

This 3 rooms is very sunny and is located in a residential and quiet property with panoramic view: sea, Cannes and chain of the Alps. It is located on the 1st ground floor of a villa. You will have the exclusivity of the pool if you wish.

This villa has been completely renovated in 2017 and all the rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning. As part of the ecological transition, the house has been equipped since summer 2023 with a photovoltaic system for electricity production; solar panels for domestic hot water and an Air-Water heat pump. A covered pergola to take your meals outside and cook a plancha is part of the commodities. The Wifi network covers the entire property.
You can access in a few minutes walk or bike to a commercial center; sandy or rocky beaches; two 18-hole golf courses; the nautical club; the equestrian club and tennis / padel courts (2 mountain bikes are available for free). Many shops and restaurants as well as children’s parks are within walking distance.
On the other hand, shuttles to the beaches are offered free of charge by the town hall from late June to early September.
You have the possibility to park your car inside the property. A safety box for your precious items is available.

In the property, a swimming pool with lighting (under your supervision) as well as a gym/ bodybuilding/ Cross Training platform of 20m2 for adults and a petanque area are at your disposal. Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for the persons mentioned in the rental contract. The conditions of this access are displayed at the entrance.
For those who practice meditation you can choose several discreet places and have the opportunity to borrow 1 set of cushion and carpet. This 3 room-apartment is totally independent of the rest of the villa and is perfectly soundproofed.

There is nowhere nicer in this part of France to stay and relax than this beautiful property. Denis and Gigi are generous and attentive hosts who always make you feel welcome. So wonderful to arrive here after the long journey from the UK and discover a bowl of fresh fruit, water, wine and a very well-equipped kitchen! There's a fantastic coffee machine, an outside barbecue, and a great selection of reading material if you fancy lounging poolside with a good book.Nothing has been overlooked, with new parasols over sun loungers at the pool and a pretty garden featuring different seating areas to sit and relax. We look forward to our next holiday in beautiful Mandelieu La Napoule.

This was our fifth vacation at this stunning villa. Everything is beautifully presented, and the swimming pool is saltwater, better for the skin than a chlorinated pool. We spent a few enjoyable days in the pool and played pétanque.Our hosts, Gigi and Denis, were incredibly kind and thoughtful. After a long drive from England, we were delighted to find a bowl of fruit, water, coffee, and more waiting for us. The villa's location is ideal, with a short walk or drive to the nearest supermarket and a fantastic patisserie five minutes away. We took a couple of trips across the Corniche road to appreciate the wonderful views of the Mediterranean and particularly enjoyed our annual visit to La Brocherie restaurant in Mandelieu La Napoule—amazing food! We've arrived back in the UK completely relaxed! Thank you Denis and Gigi.

This beautiful villa, designed for comfort and relaxation, is set in a tranquil area in the Mandelieu hills overlooking the bay of Cannes. The property features a wrap-around terrace for dining and relaxing. A few steps from the villa is a large, secluded swimming pool offering a good choice of sun loungers and seating with parasols. There is even secure parking on-site. Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a haven for visitors, offering a wealth of attractions within easy reach by car or on foot. Close by are some excellent restaurants at the La Napoule harbour and beach, a superb selection of shops, and a fantastic supermarket stocked with a wide array of fresh produce and wines; everything is just a stone's throw away. Five minutes walk from the villa, a reasonably new boulangerie sells the most delectable bread and pastries. The support and assistance from the wonderful hosts, Denis and Gigi, are second to none, making every stay in this beautiful house a memorable experience. We will return next year!

Our stay at Denis and Gigi's property is everything I imagined a French Villa to be. The property is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything you would need is provided from laundry detergent to hoover to mosquito repellents. The private use of the pool was amazing which we made use of everyday. The front garden/outside of the property is what sells it, the peaceful and tranquil setting with barely any traffic and the only traffic you see is helicopters taking off in the distance. The villa is set on a slight hill so it has breathtaking views towards Cannes and you can see a bit of the sea. If you wake up early enough the sunrise was gorgeous which we only managed to catch due to the timing of us checking out. The hosts live upstairs, so its comforting to know if you ever need anything they are there. But everything was so easy and to hand we didn't require any assistance. Every part of the outside from the patio, garden, balcony and pool area was so beautiful there is always an Instagrammable worthy shot. The flowers that drape across the master bedroom windows giving Rapunzel vibes was my favourite area of the property. Property is a 5 min walk to a large supermarket, pharmacy and McDonalds. No more than 30mins to Nice Airport. When we left on a Sunday morning we arrived in 20mins. Very easy to visit Cannes and Antibes. 100% Recommend and would love to stay again next time we are in the South of France. Thank you Denis and Gigi.

The facilities at the apartment were excellent. We had everything we needed and we were able to walk down to the local boulangerie for fresh bread every morning. Our hosts were very approachable, but gave us complete privacy at all times. The space we had, inside and out, was amazing, and having sole use of the pool area really made everything perfect. We are cyclists and Denis was ready to suggest routes, and even invited us out on a ride, he and a friend were taking. We have the highest praise for their attention to detail, professionalism and friendly manner. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the South of France

Our recent stay at this beautiful villa was a true pleasure, and we were thrilled to experience its charm again. The villa offers a stunning swimming pool with various comfortable sun loungers and a convenient poolside shower. The outdoor dining area, with a large table and pergola, also includes a smaller table and chairs on a wrap-around terrace, providing a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the pretty gardens, and eat al-fresco. We really liked the look of the house from the pictures and with such good reviews we felt confident booking...and it did not disappoint! But beyond the quality of the accommodation, the fantastic location, the generous layout, beautiful pool, top-class workout area and the little touches like colour-coded towels, one thing really stood out for us - our hosts Denis and Gigi. Never have we been made to feel so welcome and looked after - we followed as many of their recommendations as we could fit into our stay and enjoyed every one. We've just enjoyed our third holiday in this beautiful villa. After a long drive from Wiltshire, unpacking and settling into such comfortable and chic accommodation with a welcome pack of fresh fruit and wine was lovely. Hosts Gigi & Denis are warm and welcoming, and the villa is spotlessly clean and inviting. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen open onto a large wrap-around terrace with a dining area, BBQ, and steps down to beautiful terraced gardens. The gardens contain many fragrant shrubs, mature trees, and an abundance of colourful flowers. There is a fantastic private swimming pool with plenty of poolside furniture to relax on, soak up the sun, or use the on-site outdoor gym. The villa is in an elevated and peaceful position where you can enjoy fantastic views of the bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills and mountains. We love this part of Mandelieu-La-Napoule - the villa is close to all the fantastic local amenities, shops, restaurants, and beach, with easy access to the coast road and Massif de l'Esterel where you can take a scenic drive and enjoy all that the Côte d'Azur has to offer. We love it so much, we've just booked our 2024 holiday at this fabulous villa!

From the moment we arrived, our hosts Denis & Gigi, welcomed us warmly, helped us with our luggage, and made us feel at home immediately. The apartment/villa was immaculate, the pool clean, (including pool towels), and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were available if needed, but this was not necessary, as everything was in perfect order. The location is excellent and all facilities were just a short distance, including a huge supermarket. Charming hosts, perfect accommodation, gorgeous settings - all making for a wonderful holiday. We had such a great time staying with Denis and Gigi. They were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is so beautiful and within walking/biking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. The apartment and pool are private from the rest of the villa, but Denis and Gigi were very responsive and helpful when we needed something. We will definitely try to return soon.

Beautiful apartment fully kitted out with everything you need for a relaxing break. Outside BBQ, Sun loungers, dining table and chairs under a wonderful canopy. Beautiful gardens and terraces overlooking the bay of Cannes. The pool is fabulous and there is an outside gym. Superb quality bedding and beds and lots of fluffy towels. This is a beautiful property with amazing hosts. We've stayed here twice and just booked for 2023.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable 9 night stay at this fabulous house. On arrival we were surprised by how big the house and gardens were. The house is immaculate and very spacious and modern with stunning views. The owners gave us a thorough tour and had even provided lots of special touches such as wine beer and water in the fridge, a fruit basket and toiletries in the bathroom and shower pool as well as plenty of toilet rolls.(something you don't usually get with holiday rentals) We had a lovely collection of bath, hand and face towels in different colours per person so we knew who's towel was who's and a heated towel rail. The bath room and shower was lovely and also had a washer drier which we used. The bedrooms had extremely comfy beds good storage and gorgeous views. The lounge and kitchen had everything you may need plus extras such as washing up liquid, cling film, seasoning etc. The outdoor area is huge. Lots of areas to sit at a table or relax on loungers and appreciate the views. We enjoyed a bbq one evening and used the gorgeous pool everyday to cool off and relax and have fun. We often enjoyed a game of petanque and the boys enjoyed borrowing the bikes to explore the area and the gym to practice chin ups. Although the owners live upstairs you feel you have privacy and have exclusive use of pool and your very own private outdoor space feeling you are the only ones there. However Denis is available for advice should you need it and was particularly kind and helpful in an emergency offering us excellent assistance and support which proved most helpful to have him nearby. As for the area we feel it is a great location as Mandelieu is a quieter area than others and has some of the best beaches and stunning scenery close by. You can visit alot of places from here. We visited Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez are just some. There really is lots to see and do with plenty of boat trips too. We had a hire car which we would recommend to be able to explore the area with ease and it would of been a long walk to the restaurants . Which is where the bikes would be useful and there is a good train line along the front.. We would highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed.. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Denis and Gigi for looking after us so well.

What a wonderful home and town and host(s). We had such an amazing stay with Denis and Gigi, I cannot say enough positive things. We are very seasoned travelers and have rented many homes through booking sites but this was the best experience we have ever encountered. Their communication prior to our arrival was timely and informative. The information listed on VRBO is very accurate. The home was well stocked (dishwashing soaps, body soaps, laundry soap, olive oil, vinegar, a few necessary spices, salt and pepper, toilet paper, & paper towels). This level of attention to detail and comfort is so appreciated, as we have stayed in other homes where we had to bring ALL of these simple necessities. Plenty of cooking utensils and a cooktop just large enough to feed our traveling crowd of three. (I am not very tech savvy, therefore I could not figure out how to work the mirco convection oven). The beds were incredibly comfortable (best sleep I have had in years!) Having access to a washing machine was very helpful, and a drying rack was provided on our lovely private patio. The pool was incredibly clean and the perfect temperature. We also hired their son for two early morning personal training sessions on their private fitness area. Highly recommend this activity! Denis also offered his bicycles and had lots of recommendations for nearby fitness activities (hikes, etc) We did not rent a car, and took a taxi from the train station in Cannes ($40). We then relied on Uber to transport us to the beaches and Cannes but there are several bus options (free and low cost) within a very short walk. The little town is very close by, with a boulangerie, produce market with fresh rotisserie chicken and a very nice staff. There is also an overwhelmingly large hypermarket with everything you can imagine within a 10 minute walk. We took advantage of the nearby private beaches for SUP and chaise/umbrella rentals, which was a very short drive from the house ($8 each way AVG) The area of Mandelieu-Napoule waterfront has many restaurants of varying costs, some better than other's (Denis and Gigi have a little list prepared in the apartment). Everything was simply perfect and we were so sad to leave. We will return. Merci!

We've just spent the most amazing 10 days at Denis and Gigi's. The apartment is well equipped, beautifully clean and close to amazing beaches, great restaurants and local shops. The pool was a massive hit with our 3 year old daughter, it was always so clean and a big sun trap. The outdoor gym was a brilliant bonus too! Denis and Gigi were really accommodating and friendly and had lots of great tips on what to do. We can't rate it highly enough, we will definitely return!

We stayed for 9 nights at Mandelieu La Napoule in early September. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. The immediate area is quiet and residential. There is a bakery and a large supermarket in easy walking distance, with the harbour at La Napoule about a mile away - easy walk or cycle and a great place to eat out. The pool is the cleanest we have ever seen, not a leaf or an insect in sight and with its own shower. Denis and Gigi were charming hosts, and had recommendations for things to do in the area. They were around, but at a discrete distance, so we enjoyed total privacy during our stay. Highly recommended!

We spent 20 nights at Denis’ & Gigi’s beautiful house. It was perfect for our four person family. Kids loved the house, the garden and especially the pool. The apartment’s floor plan is really functional and all rooms were just renovated. The only thing which was not optimal was the kitchen. It was a bit too small for a family (considering the visit length). There was a stove with two disks but not enough space to use a boiler and a pan at the same time. The freezer also was a bit tiny. The stove didn’t contain the actual oven at all but we baked pizza by microwave grill which worked surprisingly well. As a whole, this was absolutely a five star experience. Denis and Gigi are very discreet and helpful hosts who do everything to make your stay perfect. They keep very good care of the property and you can ask advices and tips about everything related to surrounding area. You can park your car in the premises. The pool and the garden are dedicated to you only. You have a balcony, a pergola with dining area, a terrace with table, a hammock, pool chairs, beautiful views to Cannes and mountains. Can you ask more? Bal-Lea really exceeded my expectations in many levels. I can recommend it for everyone and hope that I can return there myself as well.

Denis greeted us warmly and acclimated us to the appartment which has been beautifully renovated. He checked in with us to make sure we were very comfortable and to answer any questions that came up. Denis also recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. Both restraints were notable with seating by the Sea. We enjoyed an early morning and late afternoon dip in the pool and wine on the terrace. We highly recommend this special place.

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung zur Corona-Zeit gebucht und genutzt. Es ist die einzige Ferienwohnung auf dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter wohnen auch mit im Haus, den vorderen Garten und den Pool hatten wir aber zur alleinigen Nutzung, was uns wichtig war, um Kontakte zu vermeiden. Bei traumhaftem Wetter haben wir den wunderbaren Pool intensiv genutzt. :-) Eine flachere Zone für Kinder und eine 2m tiefe Zone: echt klasse! Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen und ist tip top ausgestattet und gepflegt! Super sauber und alles da, was man braucht. (Selbst Spülmittel, Klopapier etc., was man sonst meist selbst kaufen muss.) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kommunikativ. Wir haben viele brauchbare Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten. Also ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen Dank Denis und Ginette!!!
