Отличное расположение в пешей доступности к центру, район тихий и спокойный, много зелени и пения птиц. Вид с террасы великолепный. Наличие гаража напротив входа в подъезд. Надо учитывать подъем по лестнице без лифта (для нас не было проблемой). Очень подробная инструкция по заселению.
Клининг! Владельцу надо сменить клининговую компанию.

Odlična lokacija, velika terasa sa prelijepim pogledom na tvrđavu i parlament.
Objekat velik prostran ali nije redovno održavan, ustajalog mirisa, bez čistih ručnika, bez toalet papira, starog TVa sa bezveznom aplikacijom kao zamjena za digitalne programe…
