The apartment is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the port in Castelsardo, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to the historic town centre - uphill The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you could need, including a washing machine, panini maker, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, several coffee machines, and plenty of glasses, cutlery, plates, and cookware. The landlord was very friendly and welcoming. They met us at the property to hand over the keys and explain everything when we arrived.

Towels and bed linen were not included unless you paid an additional €15 per person. During our 11-night stay, we asked if we could have fresh towels, but were told it would cost an extra €40. This was the first apartment we've ever stayed in where basic bed linen and towels were not included free of charge or refreshed during a longer stay. We visited during very hot weather (around 36–38°C), and the apartment became extremely hot, even with all the blinds closed. There is no air conditioning, only two small fans, which weren't enough to keep the apartment comfortable. We also had an unpleasant incident outside the property where a driver, with a baby sitting on their lap!!! , almost reversed into our parked car. When we reacted, the driver began shouting and swearing at us in Italian. While this was outside the host's control, it's something future guests should be aware of when walking or parking in the area.
