Die Sauberkeit , das extra Kinderreisebett und ein einzelnes Bett also für genügend Leute Platz . Die zwei Balkone bzw. Terrasse . Das Bad war schön groß und die Waschmaschine waren super !
Das einzige was schade war das es keinen Backofen gab . Aber den hätte ich nicht für mich gebraucht sondern für meine Tochter 😅

La limpieza, la rápida respuesta de Manuela en caso de necesidad. Daniela se comunicó con nosotros atreves de mensajes y nos dio la bienvenida y nos deseó buen viaje. Los muebles moderno y práctico.
La falta de wifi y la mala cobertura de los móviles. Y también hubieses estado bien tener una tostadora.

- Large apartment equipped with everything you need, plenty of towels, microwave, coffee machine with pods (a simple coffee filter might have been better), washing machine (no detergent, you have to buy your own), clothes dryer on the front terrace;
- Furniture is okay, relatively new;
- Air conditioning;
- Refrigerator (small, located under the kitchen counter);
- Key to the front door, in a box with a combination lock (in case you arrive at the property late);
- Supermarket relatively close (Eurospin) at approx. 1.5 km.
- The apartment is located in a very quiet area, without significant street noise.
- Cleaning is poor, the back terrace is full of dust and cobwebs (on the walls, chairs, and table);
- The bed linen on the living room sofa was dirty (probably used by tourists who left before us and not changed by the owner, even though a cleaning fee of €60 is charged).
- Mosquito nets on the windows/doors would have been useful, given that the two insect repellent devices were empty (no mosquito repellent solution);
- The apartment is not located in the city (Castelsardo), but approx. 3-4 km from the city center.
- The bathroom supplies were insufficient (a few extremely small bars of soap, a few sachets of shower gel, and two rolls of toilet paper). We stayed for 5 nights, a family of 4 adults (parents and children) - Absolutely insufficient for 4 adults for 5 nights at a price of 102 euros per night (a price comparable to a 4-star hotel anywhere in Europe);
- Be very careful with the key to the front door. If you leave it inside and close the door, you will not be able to get back into the apartment.
- There is only one Schuko adapter for standard EU sockets (needed for charging laptops), for charging phones/tablets, their sockets are fine.
Conclusion:
At a total price of €103 for one night (we stayed for five nights), it's not worth it. The poor cleanliness and dirty sheets on the sofa mean that I cannot recommend this apartment, even though the Castelsardo area is beautiful.
