Located in the village of Seixal 700m from Areia Branca Beach, 67km north of Lisbon, 14km south of Peniche and just 3km from Lourinhã.
Less than 20 minutes walk from the beach and close to cafes, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset or have good moments of nightlife.
Near Rex Surf House you will find: ATM, market, supermarket ... everything you need for your day-to-day life.
With a maximum capacity of 9 people the Rex Surf House provides to those who visit us a warm and familiar environment.
Outdoor space with swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Large living room equipped with bar, fireplace, game of arrows and table football.
Spacious and bright rooms with the essentials for you to feel at home. Towels and linen included. We have different types of cushions available.
With different accommodation possibilities:
1 triple room with 3 single beds,
1 bedroom with double bed,
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, to choose from.
If necessary we offer transfer service, we try to rent your car or organize activities that you want to do during your stay: surfing lessons, Diving in Berlengas, tennis, go-karting, yoga, horseback riding, visit to Dino Parque, trip to Berlengas , plane rides and more, much more ...

Elisabete was a wonderful host and the accomodation was absolutely stunning! The bed was comfy, the bathrooms were lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed and more.The weather wasn't the greatest during our week-long stay but we loved our time in this rental and our time in Portugal. Elisabete was friendly, helpful, responded quickly and helped us to feel right at home. Next time we visit the area we would love to stay here again!

Lovely house. Easy access to the town and beach. Pool was a bit cold but if the weather had been warmer it would have been refreshing.

We stayed here for a family holiday. The villa had everything we could have possibly needed, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The host was always available for help.
