Beautifully decorated and breakfast was amazing. Great location too.

Lovely spacious room with beautiful view overlooking gardens and ocean. Tastefully decorated. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast which was lovely was delivered to your room. Parking is in a free car park next to the house.

My only suggestion would be to supply tissues.

We loved everything! This is a superb B&B, of a high standard with comfortable beds and a great view of the sea from our room. Emma and Rob really do everything to make your stay the best experience. From the warm welcome on arrival to serving a high quality delicious breakfast , everything is top-notch. The guest lounge is also extremely comfortable and we spent our second evening relaxing, reading and chatting in the lounge. We stayed 2 nights and both have said this is a place we’d definitely come back to, it really is a perfect place to stay.

Lovely quiet room bed super comfy could have stayed asleep longer. Tea coffee milk and water available in room , housecoat and slippers to . Decent sized TV. Bathroom was across the hall right outside bedroom which was no problem big shower everything you need shampoo conditioner body wash fresh towels even a little section for sanitary pads etc which was a great thing to have right next to loo fantastic . Breakfast was served to our room option of different things on your list with times between 8am and 9am . Little seating area downstairs if you wish to get comfy on a sofa but we just stayed in room for the evening .
