The Old School House Bed & Breakfast

An amazing place to stay, very good welcome from Emma giving us loads of local information. Great communication before arriving. The house is beautiful and the room fantastic, clean spacious and quiet. The breakfast served in your room was the best quality. We have travelled the NC 500 B&B Hotels and pods this is the best we have had. Don't even think about it book this place.

Excellent cooked breakfast delivered to the room

We only had one night to enjoy this accommodation which was very much a shame

Such a beautiful property and Emma the owner was fantastic.

Nothing

I loved everything about my stay here :-) The hosts are lovely and have the attention to detail for your stay down to a fine art. I stayed in Room 2 and it was large and spacious. All amenities of good quality and bathroom across the landing is solely for this room and has large walk-in shower , toilet and sink. You fill out a form for your breakfast the day/night before and it is brought up to your room by the time you specify. Full cooked breakfast is amazing, well presented and all condiments provided. My favourite little touch to the room is the wallpaper had highland cows on so I was happy :-) Close by is a coffee shop, hotel restaurant and bar and 3-5 mins drive away is petrol station and shops. If you fancy a drive out for a meal I can recommend the Badachro Inn (booking in advance recommended).

My only disappointment is my boat trip got cancelled to see the wildlife due to high winds and rough seas :-( unfortunately nothing can be done about the weather.
