Complete amenities and appliances, location and the exceptional view of Taal from the balcony. Very responsive and helpful owner who even replies at midnight or past midnight.
A strong smell of sewer which I don’t think the owner has control of. SMDC should fix this so future guests won’t be disappointed. FYI, I don’t know what triggers the pungent odor but we noticed it once we opened the balcony door.
