The caretaker is courteous and responds to inquiries with kindness, making communication easy and accommodating, particularly with assistance for indoor private parking. The property is well-maintained, clean, and orderly. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable, allowing seamless work without issues. During our stay, the environment was calm and uncrowded.

The unit is clean and smells good, it has free water, with shampoo and clean towels with slippers also, so you don’t need to bring extra slippers, it has strong wifi, Netflix and the bed is soft, utensils are complete and you can easily cook, of course Ms. Shirley is very approachable.

Location was suited for our purpose. Very near to convenience stores. Clean and refreshing.
It was far away from the clubhouse and parking. We didn’t get the private parking which is in the building itself and it was not available anyways.
And I think the bath towels, bed and pillow sheets were not washed thoroughly since it didn’t smell like it was..
Otherwise it was a good place to stay short term.
