This particular Tower 3 unit is comfy and cozy, clean, nicely decorated, and is perfect for a relaxing staycation. Our family enjoyed their stay, not to mention Sir Rumel (the owner) is very responsive and very accommodating. His condo is highly recommended.

Not the property itself, but the parking policies of the condo. Maybe a certain parking pass can be provided for guests that book online and that the rates are consistent with what is mentioned in the confirmation email. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend to friends.

Location; ease of travel; nearby food area

Water interrupted during stay. Lost time to go out as we could not take shower and get to go; parking rates is too high

The rates Affordable and thrifty. The owner was helpful and nice.

Limited kitchen ware. A little bit need of upgrade of things.

Accessibility of the location and most esp the caretaker Ms Rovi's assistance in all our needs exceed my expection salute to you! Overall we had a good stay for 3 days 2 nights during our Christmas celeb 2024, though there's more to improve in the unit were we stayed this is unsolicited advise like needs to upgrade the whole unit itself everything from style, painting, beds, the comfort room, the kitchenette etc;

The expectation versus reality, hopefully the unit Owner Mr Rumel be honest enough to tell the truth in regards the pros and cons during our conversation when I'm asking all my queries re his unit and very dussappointed esp when he asked me an additional charge w/c conflict the one I already paid in cash for 4 pax thru Booking.com and received confirmation prior to our conversation. First time ever I encountered/ experienced for 8-10 years doing booking here and abroad asking additional charges after transactions paid and confirmed.
