The location was very convenient and quiet. The condo was clean and had a nice view. Facilities and amenities were decent and working. Bath towels and toilet paper were provided. Big open space behind the condo towers if you want to enjoy the greenery and open air.

1) The owner of the unit did not reply to initial queries via email or text (to the published mobile number). When I tried calling before our scheduled booking, they didn't answer the call. Instead they just sent a text to contact a different mobile number (presumably the caretaker) regarding our stay. 2) The published parking fee is Php150, but the caretaker asked for Php350 for the parking fee. 3) We had to check out early the next morning, so the caretaker instructed my husband to leave the condo key by the TV so they could easily find it. That afternoon, they called my husband to say that the unit was locked when they arrived (even though we left it unlocked). This was most likely done by their cleaner/s because the unit was also locked upon check-in (the caretaker had to get the spare key to open it).

Daily cleaning fee was included in the payment, but no one knocked to check if we need cleaning service. I also called the host and asked for a cleaning service, and told me that service available in the afternoon, but no one arrived that day....

no slippers, no toothbrush,shampoo & toothpaste not like the other units in tower 2
